Esha’s therapeutic approach integrates clinical, evidence-based frameworks and techniques, with more intuitive, holistic approaches. She offers Person-Centred, Trauma-Informed therapy, which draws upon a variety of other modalities depending upon each individual’s needs and preferences; including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Strengths-Based, Somatic, and Expressive/Creative Approaches (such as, Directive and Non-Directive Play and Art therapy). In working with couples, Esha employs an integrated approach, blending EFT for Couples and the Gottman Method.
Being experienced in expressive therapies, Esha welcomes alternative forms of communication, self-expression, and healing using creative mediums, in case you don’t feel comfortable talking. These approaches can be gentle, yet powerful ways to explore different parts of yourself that enhance self-awareness, make the unconscious, conscious, and create significant internal shifts.

Becoming a Psychologist for me has been a journey of discovering what it means to honour and accept what is truly inside of myself, to practice unconditional positive regard, to step into vulnerability, to practice compassion for the Self/other, and to listen to not only what is spoken, but what can often be unsaid or unspeakable. I am most passionate about assisting my clients to find their voice, and to hold a space in which they can safely explore, understand, express, nurture, and heal.
Esha enjoys working with people of all ages, cultural, and neurodivergent backgrounds, including children & adolescents, individuals, and couples.
I am passionate about cultivating deep, meaningful relationships with my clients to safely explore, express, nurture, and heal the tender spots within. I have a calm, attuned, and gentle, yet focused approach, unique to your individual needs. I would be honoured to help you gently uncover your own inner wisdom and use it to create a fulfilling, joyful life.
I am passionate about creating deep and meaningful therapeutic relationships with all my clients to safely explore, understand, express, nurture, and heal our tender and vulnerable spaces underneath. I have a calm, intuitive, and gentle, yet clear and focused approach. It is important for me to remain curious, open, and deeply engaged, while being with you in a way that is authentic and unique to you and your individual needs. I wholeheartedly believe that each individual has their own inner knowing, and I would be honoured to help you learn how to listen to the wisdom and cues of this knowing. Together, we will allow it to guide the way you move through the world and create a deeply fulfilling life that makes sense for you.
more deeply fulfilled, calm, productive and content.
I strive to help you feel seen and heard, and will meet you with compassion wherever you are in your emotions in the moment. Neuroscience has taught us that the mind is encapsulated not only in the head, but throughout the whole body. As a holistic therapist, I am deeply invested in how you can learn to listen to the wisdom and cues of your inner knowing, beyond what your thoughts tell you.

Like Rory Gilmore, Esha lives in two worlds; a second world being a one of books. Here, she finds magic, inspiration, and calm. She has raced through the Hogwarts halls under the Invisibility Cloak, sipped butterbear in the Gryffindor common room as the fire crackled, whispered “mischief managed” after watching Dumbledore pace in his office. She’s climbed the Faraway Tree with Moon-Face and Silky, danced in candlelit ballrooms at Netherfield with Mr Darcy, and played matchmaker in Highbury with Emma Woodhouse. She’s met charming strangers as she wandered through rainy London streets with Sophie Kinsella, and longed for love, passion, and art in Paris with Louisa May Alcott. She has witnessed lives unravel and rebuild from Lori Gottlieb’s therapy couch, and traced the intricate map of our hearts, exploring the complexities and depth of human nature with Alain de Botton. You can take a peek at the list of books she has read and the significantly larger list of books she hopes to eventually find time to read here.
As such, she is a collector of books to read and rarely used (but loving stared at from afar) art supplies.
Concerts - going to as many live music. She finds the atmosphere of live music transcending, as if this is the the meaning to be alive.
She is a hopeless romantic.
Her other self-study interests include poetry
